Mila Maintenance 1 Hour Fire Rating for their ‘Firefree' range

Mila Maintenance have recently achieved a 1-hour fire rating on their 6 panel solid GRP faced composite door. This option has now been added to their ‘Firefree' range of fire resisting doors.
The door-set uses a 48mm door leaf, manufactured by Acell in our automated production facility and uses the patented ‘Twin-Leaf' process. The Twin-Leaf incorporates a fire resisting, glass reinforced Phenolic jointing medium that laminates the Twin-Leaves together.
The door retains the full 13mm moulding depth on all panel areas and therefore can be used in conjunction with standard doors without any difference in external appearance.
Acell and Mila are continuing development work to incorporate glazed options to the 1-Hour range.
